    This is my new go to Starbucks, I started going here ever since my go to location on Shepard and Cedar closed down. I come here to do my homework in the evenings for 2+ hours, when school is in session.

    If you come inside it is ALWAYS clean & cold. Even the restrooms are always cleaned. You can tell the management is on top of their duties.

    Not once have the employees ever been rude or got bothered by my drink orders. Which, is nice because I always come across a Starbucks location with very bothered employees.

    I have also been thru the drive thru a few times & they always try their best to make sure they are doing the fastest they can.

    I did once have to wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru but, not because of them. A customer was giving them crap & that is not Starbucks fault for their actions & I understand that.

    Overall, will keep coming here & keep up the good work guys!

    Update 5/6.  Still no decaf. All the outside tables and chairs were put away.  7pm nice night to dig outside and enjoy some decaf.  Guess not

    Seriously ? Again no decaf in the evening ? Seriously you are a coffee shop and there is never any decaf on tap in the evening.   Is this standard proxesure

    Almost every time I come here to get coffee or decaf coffee something is broken or offline. Not everyone wants a double pump Fliddle diddle mocha frap. Getting regular coffee or decaf should not be this hard

    No decaf on tap both times I have been here wanting decaf.  Also, decaf espresso machine is "broken". They do make a pour over, but ehh no decaf on tap in the evenings?  Good experience and nice people otherwise

    Starting to dig this place again. Coffee hot and fresh and served with a smile.  All condiments are nicely stocked.  Has been consistent over the course of my last several visits.  Thank you Starbucks Team

    Fav Starbucks in Fresno so far! Clean space with lots of seating indoors and outdoors.

    My mobile order was made quickly and accurately.
    This is the only Starbucks I've seen where the barista puts a stopper in your drink once it's ready for pickup.

    FAVE SB IN TOWN!!

    The people here are so nice! PLUS... they have nitro cold brew!!

    I've fallen in love with their Cascara cold brew. I add sweet cream to it because I can't take it black. *lightweight*

    Drive through is normally pretty fast and there is definitely grace under pressure, because they are always smiling and welcoming there, even at the busiest of times!
